At BabyEndow, we do our best to offer you in store gifts and online options to ship your gifts as quickly as possible. Please note our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If there are multiple items purchased: all items will ship at the same time unless we are notified of a particular customer request.
Confirming your order and tracking shipments:  If you have provided a valid e-mail address with your order you will receive two e-mails. The first confirms your order. The second confirms your shipment.   We ship out the majority of non-personalized gifts within 1 to 2 business days, many times the same day. Because of this, Express is not usually necessary which is why we often don't offer it during online checkout. If you would like to inquire about express shipping call us and we'll be happy to help. This passes on the savings to you.
Our shipping rates reflect the total price of the order. Please note that a shipping surcharge applies to certain items that exceed standard size and weight measurements. (If an item has an extra shipping surcharge it will be noted for your attention.)  Standard shipments leave via DHL and  UPS  Ground and will arrive within 1-5 business days of shipment. We do ship to Canada for a $12 surcharge to any existing ship charge, $20 on oversize shipments. We do not ship overseas, to PO Boxes and to certain APO addresses. We try to keep our shipping charges very reasonable for your benefit. The shipping charges are:  
0 - $30 = $6.95  
$31 - $70 = $7.95  
$71 - $100= $8.95  
$101 - $149= $12.95  
$150+ = Free Shipping except for Alaska and Hawai shipments where you will be notified prior to shipment of the actual ship charges.
Keep in mind that if using a promotional discount code the final product price determines the ship rate. Example: If an order costs more than $150, but after the discount it comes to $140 than shipping charges of $12.95 would be applied.  
The major carriers do not have regular Ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur extra shipping charges based on their specific rates. This charge will be applied at the time of shipment. Candian Shipments will add an extra $12 to the normal ship charge.
 
Incorrect or not complete ship to addresses will be charged UPS/FedEx fee for correction and re-pick-up, reship if necessary, usually $10. For your convenience, when your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your order online. DHL/UPS/FedEx allow you to track your order while en route.
RETURNS -  New merchandise can be returned to our location in Enfield, CT or exchanged at the recipient’s expense within 30 days of shipping for store credit or refund of the product(s) purchase price unless otherwise noted. (we do not refund the origional ship charge on items that were origionally shipped free of charge as an incentive. They will be credited/refunded minus what the actual ship charge was) Returns are accepted under the following conditions.  The product is undamaged and 100% within its original packaging and tags.  It has not been personalized in any way by BabyEndow or others.  All original receipts and invoices accompany the purchase.  Please notify us of any damages during shipping and we will resolve the issue by replacing the damaged item.   A Return Authorization has been provided from BabyEndow.  A Return Authorization can be found by emailing customerservice@BabyEndow.com.

International Shipping (Outside of the USA and Canada)
We Ship Worldwide:
BabyEndow has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to iShopUSA Customer Service Department.
