Q What quality materials are used for the products?
A Our products are of the highest quality. We use 100% soft cotton, 100% terry cloth, extra soft fleece, and solid wood for our rocking chairs and stools.
Q How many days should I allow for shipping?
A You should allow 7 to 10 days for shipping. However, in many instances it may be a shorter turn around. Please allow at least two weeks for personalized wooden gifts. These gifts are hand painted and require drying time. All products are ground shipped.
Q Do you accept returns?
A You have 30 days to return new products at your expense. A total refund or store credit will be given if the product is returned undamaged in its original packaging and tags, and with the original receipts and invoice. You must also have a return authorization from babyendow.
